Premium rich quality tomato puree/paste is manufactured from selected good quality fresh, mature, Tomato, free from damage, soil & cuts. Selected Tomato fruits are sorted, washed, inspected, crushed & carefully pulped. The pulp is heated, cooled & filled aseptically in pre-sterile aseptic bag. The processed tomato puree is rich in texture and manufactured so as to retain maximum level of natural flavour,color & taste, simultaneously ensuring commercial sterility.In case of Tomato paste the puree is evaporated to desired concentration prior to sterilization & filling.

Application
The tomato puree concentrate, processed under good manufacturing practices, has a good quality of consistency and fruit content thus it can be used in soups, stews,curries,chutneys,pickles and sauces, or any other dish where the tomato flavor is desired. Tomato rich diet boosts the level of nutrients in body and provides skin its structure and firmness.

Packaging
Paste and puree both can be packed in aseptic bags of 55-gallon capacity in open top steel drums. Canned product is packed in A-10 size can and hermetically sealed and retorted. Six cans are packed in a single 5 ply carton provided with separators.

Storage
It should be stored in a cool & dry place below 20C.

Shelf life
Eighteen months from the date of manufacturing when stored below 20 C. The contents must be used immediately after opening the bag.
